A fantastic new opportunity to be part of a fast-paced internal recruitment function providing professional end to end support for a Talent Acquisition Partner in a 12-month max-term contract! Working closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and secure high calibre candidates whilst promoting and adhering to company compliance standards, policies and employment legislation.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a high-volume desk of White-collar roles within IT/ Digital, Category/Product and Sales divisions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment – advertising, screening, shortlisting, background checks and offer
  • Proactive recruitment through LinkedIN, SEEK premium and other job platforms
  • Clear and accurate briefs from hiring managers to ensure sourcing initiatives are targeted
  • Providing hiring managers with coaching and advice throughout the process
  • Ensuring all compliance and pre-employment documentation is obtained and stored securely
  • Developing strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates in a cost-effective approach
  • Build talent pools and pipelines to ensure cost savings and ready to work candidates

What you will need to succeed:

  • Extensive Talent acquisition experience preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Experience within the IT, Sales and Category verticals
  • The ability to identify target candidate markets, appropriate sourcing strategies and research methodologies to actively build talent pipelines.
  • Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritise competing and demanding tasks
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build solid relationships with business stakeholders
  • A sound understanding of the market and ability to proactively source
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
