As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have a set portfolio looking after client relationships and servicing their needs according to our contract requirements. The role is a full-time position with travel required, and normal Monday to Friday office hours. The position is based in Birtinya.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain client relationships
  • Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in a competitive, fast paced, and target driven environment
  • Knowledge of the resource industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding employers and candidates needs
  • Reverse marketing candidates to suitable employers within your portfolio
  • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies
  • Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
  • Supporting candidates / employers after placement
  • Achieve placement and outcome targets
  • Exposure to FastTrack360 is highly desirable
