Our client is a national leader in providing fire safety solutions to a wide range of industries across Australia and the rest of the world. They currently have an opportunity for a maternity leave cover role on an ongoing casual basis, based in Bibra Lake. They are experiencing a rapid growth period so whilst this role starts as a temporary casual assignment, the possibilities are endless.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Scheduling/Planning of Fire systems servicing and repairs within metro and regional Perth
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for technicians to ensure jobs/paperwork are completed correctly
  • Executing work to the due date or informing planning supervisor if unachievable
  • Admin duties- raising jobs/work orders, processing jobs for invoicing, stock allocation, asset management

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • An Administration background and knowledge
  • Previous experience within a scheduling or planning role (Advantageous, not essential)
  • Ability to take direction from management as required
  • Ability to think outside of the box and problem solve
  • Loves a role where every day is different
