The PeakCare Talent Centres project is designed to address critical staffing challenges our members face in their day-to-day operations.

Workforce supply and retention are two major challenges that have a significant impact on the services and care that our members can provide to our clients.

This high turnover rate is not only disruptive but costly for our members. In addition to high turnover, our members also face challenges with workforce qualifications, diversity, and age.

By addressing these challenges today, we can ensure that our members have the workforce they need to provide high-quality care to their clients.

Psychometric testing and assessments to determine candidate suitability and preferences, with a focus on job-fit and retention likelihood.

An enhanced training and assessment process to increase Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention completion rates.
